If you can't make your utility payment, Community Action Partnership (CAP) can help with two one-time assistance programs. Eligibility is determined by household income, priority points and energy burden.

  • Sharing Households Assist Riverside’s Energy (SHARE) – SHARE pays one bill per year for qualified Riverside Public Utility customers.
  • Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) – This federally funded program pays for the gas, electric, wood, oil or propane usage for qualifying residents.
